 You guys had it right.  It is about time Hollywood made a movie about Halloween.  All the interweaving tales are brilliantly done and engage the viewers all the way until the end.  Again, as you guys said, you really have to pay attention or you will miss a lot of the story lines and details the director puts right in front of your face.
