Definitions

Any references within this Privacy Policy to “Content” should be taken as description of the many sections available on Rawcritics.com or Rawcritic.com.  They are Reviews, User Reviews, Features, News Articles, Trailers, Top Ten Lists, or Release Dates – All should be considered as “Content”.

Public Nature of Content Submitted to Sites

The nature of content driven sites is to reach a public audience. If we receive a warrant or subpoena for user information, we may disclose requested records to law enforcement authorities or outside parties seeking information through the legal process.

Content hosted by rawcritics.com or rawcritic.com may link to independently run web sites outside of these domains. Rawcritics is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such web sites.

Children’s Privacy

Rawcritics.com and Rawcritic.com is intended for individuals over 13 years of age.  We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old.  If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under age 13 who has become a member of rawcritics.com or rawcritic.com, please contact our administrator at editor@rawcritics.com to notify us of a suspected violation.
